The Miami VA Health System is seeking business concerns capable of providing the Miami VA Medical Center Facility address listed below:

The contractor shall furnish Professional Services to provide comprehensive drone-power washing of all exterior services of the South and East Towers to include all windows and power washing of all surfaces below the towers.
Contractor shall provide all equipment, labor, materials and purified rinse water. Use eco-friendly and safe cleaning agents suitable for the exterior surfaces to be cleaned. Ensure proper disposal of wastewater and any cleaning residues in accordance with environmental regulations. All power washing services to be performed in a manner that minimizes disruption to the Miami VAMC and to be completed after normal business hours to include nights and weekends. No additional information is available at this time.
