Amendment 0001: The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to change the start time for the site visit. Official start time will be changed from Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM (CST) to Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 11:00 AM (CST). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
