AT&T Corp., 7125 Columbia Gateway, Columbia, Maryland 21046-2552, was awarded a non-competitive, firm fixed price contract for the Northstar Long-Haul Telecommunications Network and associated transmission circuits for an Ultra-High Frequency/Line of Sight communications system network.
