On Wednesday, August 12, 2026, the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will open and publicly announce bids received for blocks offered in the Gulf of America (GOA) Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Oil and Gas One Big Beautiful Bill Act Lease Sale 3 (Lease Sale BBG3).
