πŸ“„ Summary

The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that certain exporters made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), April 1, 2024, through March 31, 2025, and that these companies qualify for separate rates. We also preliminarily find that one additional exporter is no longer eligible for a separate rate and that one exporter made no shipments during the POR. Finally, we are rescinding this review with respect to four companies with existing separate rates who had no entries of subject merchandise during the POR. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
