The Department of Labor (DOL) is issuing this notice to clarify the status of OMB Control Number 1205-0521, DOL-Only Performance Accountability, Information, and Reporting System. Following publication notice dated January 7, 2026, which concluded on February 19, 2026, in RegInfo.gov, the Department determined that the approved revisions should have been processed through the standard Paperwork Reduction Act notice and comment process. As a result, the Department does not intend to implement the revision reflected in the January 7, 2026, approval. Instead, the Department will continue to use the collection materials and reporting requirements in effect prior to that approval, dated December 2, 2025, which concluded on December 11, 2025, while it develops and submits a revision package through the standard PRA process, including publication of the applicable Federal Register notices.
