The U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that the individually-examined producers/exporters subject to this review did not make sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value (NV) during the period of review (POR), May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. In addition, we are rescinding the review with respect to 15 companies. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results of review.
